After requesting the exchange, how long will it take to receive my order?

Requests for returns due to regret or withdrawal must be made via email contact@worldlegnl.com within 3 calendar days after receiving the product.

Our exchange terms may vary according to the item purchased and the location of delivery of the product. The general period for analysis and release of the exchange request in our stock is up to seven working days.

How to send the product I want to exchange?

It’s very simple, send the product to the address on the invoice received.

It is mandatory that the products have original labels and seals attached to the piece. It must be in the original plastic packaging in which it was shipped to you and must not show any signs of accidental or incidental damage, normal wear and tear from use and improper washing or modification (sizing and hem adjustments).

The product must be sent in sealed packaging that protects it during transport with a copy of the invoice inside the packaging.

Upon receipt, the deadline for analysis and release of another product is 07 working days.

If our team understands that the returned product does not fit the above criteria, shows signs of use or malfunctions, the site is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange, the customer will be notified, and the product will be sent back (reshipment cost will be borne by the customer).

The brand does not exchange products purchased at Multibrands, exchanges must be made directly with the store or website that made the purchase.

Will I have to pay for the first exchange or shipping?

There is no charge for exchanging merchandise.

The freight is borne by the customer to send the goods in cases of exchange and return, and the shipment of the product is borne by the company, except in the case that it does not accept exchanges, as informed above.

In the case of purchase on sale, both shipments will be at the expense of the customer.

How is the return of values made in the cancellation of the purchase?

After receiving the product, we will have a period of up to 07 business days for analysis. The return of values will be processed after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the product.

Credit Card: If the chosen payment method was the credit card, the refund of the total or partial amount will occur through the reversal on the card within 10 working days.

The deadline for including the reversal / credit of the amount on the credit card invoice is part of the policy of use of the card operators. If the requested reversal / credit occurred before the closing of the credit card bill, the refund will be credited to the next bill.

But, if the reversal was requested in the same month, but the credit card invoice is already closed, the refund will only be obtained in the following month.
